Terms and Conditions

Cape Escape Tours reserves the right to change any route and/or arrangement where these may be necessary. We also reserve the right to accept or refuse any person as a member of a tour at any time, without giving reasons therefore.

A member of our staff, or an outside contractor appointed by us, will lead your activity. Our prices do not include any form of insurance. You are strongly recommended to arrange your own insurance to cover eventualities such as cancellation, injury, or loss of personal items. Cape Escape Tours and their servants and agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his or her luggage or other personal property, wherever the same shall arise from or be occasioned by the negligence of Cape Escape Tours, their servants or agents or other persons directly in the employment of the company or otherwise under any circumstances whatsoever.

The person making the booking does so on behalf of all persons in the group. This person, by making the booking, accepts all of the booking terms and conditions, without exception.

If you wish to cancel your booking 24 hours prior to the date your tour departure a  50% cancelation fee will apply.
