Firstly our tour take us from Cape Town to Hermanus along the rugged scenic coastal route. Driving through the following places: Gordon’s Bay, Clarence drive renowned for its breathtaking views and often considered one of the most scenic drives in Cape Town. Followed by Kogel Bay, stunning stretch of coastline with azure waters and rugged cliffs. Passing through the charming coastal villages of Rooi Els, Pringle Bay, Betty’s Bay before arriving to the Fernkloof nature reserve view point. Located nearby Hermanus the Fernkloof nature reserve provides an excellent opportunity to spot whales. The afternoon will be spend in Hermanus with a few options. First option walking along the Cliff Path, stretching for several kilometers along the rugged coastline it provides ample opportunities to observe these magnificent creatures up close. Our return journey take us through the apple orchards of Elgin before reaching the Sir Lowry’s Pass viewpoint. You’ll be rewarded with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
